I came here with my MacBook Pro 2019 because the fan was making a large noise. The guy made an automated test to confirm was the fan, brought to the technician, and came back fixed. It was dust and pice of paper that got in through the vent. They didn’t charge me anything very professional. Recommended me to bring back to clean fully for 200 reais. Very good service. Very nice guy.

I went to the dealership three times on 01/22 and was attended to by the same guy, Carlos Eduardo, unfortunately. If you want, you follow the standard procedures, ask what is happening, what happened to the device and everything else. I called Apple and they asked to call back both times, what time was scheduled (which by the way, there is no appointment at all, just on a first-come, first-served basis). I went and the same things happened, I explained it to him, I said that Apple didn't find any problem, and that they should open the device to check, he didn't do any of that. He didn't even pick up the device to see anything, he just said that the parts would have to be replaced!!! Terrible service from this guy, if you can call it that.
I bought an iPhone 14 Pro just over 6 months ago and the device suddenly stopped recognizing the chip. I took it to this authorized person who identified it as a defect in the device. They kept my device and have had it since 11/27 claiming they are waiting for the part to arrive. Important detail, they will change the entire back of the cell phone, leaving only the cameras. So I ask: "why not get a refund with a new cell phone?", because it's easier to let this problem go through! We pay a fortune on these devices to have to go through this. Customer service is terrible and confusing. It's been 11 days without a cell phone and my accounts are all messed up!
Yesterday, when I was at the iPhone authorized store, I had an iPhone 14 Pro Max, which was getting very hot and had crashes, the guy who helped me suggested I do a software update, thus erasing everything and leaving only the latest iOS update, because it would have to be done via the iPhone App website
To my surprise, after waiting for 1 hour, the technician only deleted my applications, such a lack of professionalism that it even surprises me,
If only to do this, I had restored it myself from the factory, something that wasn't even done.
Now I'm thinking, what does the person who lies about doing something and doesn't do it gain, because he said that only the latest version had to be downloaded App, I get home to my amazement only the deleted apps made that restoration only deletes the cell phone application.
Nothing was done to update the software, a total waste of time and a huge lack of professionalism, thanks, thanks, zero rating
I went with two iPhones
1 under warranty, new after only 6 months of use.
After installing ios17 it stopped charging (a recurring problem in the new update), they told me it was because I charge it with a fake charger???? And they said it's 4 thousand to fix.
The other one had a swollen battery and they said they wouldn't change it because the battery was fake. HOW DO I BUY IT IN THE STORE??
These people became mercenaries. They want to charge money to fix something that is guaranteed so they can pocket the money and have it fixed by Apple for free!!

Huge queue, it takes a while to get the service done. It's expensive, like everything from Apple
Very slow service in person and via whatsapp/email. There is only one attendant for many customers. There is no parking.
